I must say that we are very impressed with the neatness of the nursing home, from the moment you arrive there. And when you get inside it is a welcome feeling and friendly and helpful staff makes it feel like a special place. When you walk in the corridors past people, it feels that people are taken care of. Being considered as valuable human beings by the staff. It feels like a happy place and so easy to talk to staff and residents. Our Mam has been there only a couple of weeks but we are very happy and so is she. It was a very worrying time for us after she fell, and we realised that she could no longer live on her own. But Mam and us are so comfortable with her being there and can only thank the staff for all the assistance and kindness that they have displayed. I can highly recommend Carnew to anyone who has to make the transition from home to nursing home and want to thank the staff for their dedication to care. I must say that after nearly a year that out mom has been in the Carnew nursing home, the service is still good and my mom noe 102 years old is still very happy there. The staff is very good to her. She gets very good food and are looked after very well. They also helped me to sort out a problem with the HSE and her current address that was a big relief for us. We stay in Thailand now and can only say that we are very satisfied with the care that our mom receives in Ireland in the Carnew nursing home. It is a great team working and managing the care home. I wish them the best.
Carnew Nursing Home has been an outstanding place for my grandfather. The compassionate and attentive staff ensure he is always comfortable and well-cared for. The facility is impeccably clean, has exceptional food and is always well-maintained, providing a serene and peaceful environment. Although my grandfather prefers to keep to himself, we are grateful for the exceptional care he receives. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Highly recommended!
The number on this post is not belong to the nursing home it's mine! Iv Notting to do with the company I'd say it's wrong prefix! Iv contact the nursing and they still haven't changed it
