I have been here a couple of weeks this place is wonderful From the minute I got here I was welcomed with open arms by all the staff and the people who run swords care choice From the treatment the meals the other residents this place is a god send I am looking forward to the rest of my time here to help me get my life back
Witnessed elderly lady asleep on bare table in common room during a visit. Junior " care" female absorbed in her phone right in front of her. Did not seem to give a tot about anything around her. Complained to nurse who then questionned " carer" re absence of pillow. Folks, be careful re chosen care home for your loved ones. I have had a number of reasons to raise issues with this one....
I stayed here to build my strength back up for two weeks. The staff are wonderful, helpful and caring. Thank you to everyone for helping me on my first few steps to a new life.
