I wouldn't give this place any stars as my husband was treated so badly in their care. Everything denied by management even though I witnessed it myself. Would never recommend it.
My mother was here for respite after surgery. The staff from domestics all the way to management were so kind and friendly towards her. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this nursing home.
Please do not bring your loved one here. Our experience was absolutely infuriating. Basic hygiene & healthcare ignored. More concerned about money than patient requirements. The result was our loved one being rushed to hospital with an infection, severe dehydration, and dangerously low blood pressure.
If I could have given no stars I would. The staff here do their very best. Don't let the modern clean presentation fool you. The management only care about the bottom line and the "family run" aspect is disingenuous as the family are investors, accountants and shareholders. The only ones treated worse than the residents here are the staff. "Person Centred Care" is just not compatible with "Investor Centred Care"
This place is blessed with the charm of nature and the lovely structure of the home. The center is very spacious and homely. Such a strong management team ensuring the lives of their staffs and residents are well looked after and the maximum quality is ensured.
