My father has recently moved to Brídhaven as a dementia resident and not only has it been a source of comfort and relief for him but for his family also. It took a lot of petitioning to secure his bed and I am very grateful to Gráinne O Brien for supporting the necessity for him to receive the best possible care in accordance with his requirements to be close to his family and home where lived. From the moment my father moved into Brídhaven he has been thriving, the staff have been wonderful and I have witnessed wonderful interaction and fun moments between both, which I am thankful for. He loves his room, which gives him the dignity he deserves. The environment is safe, bright and comforting and I can tell my father feels at "home" and this has given me great peace of mind and when I visit, I myself feel welcomed into a friendly and considerate atmosphere, which is very reassuring. From my experience to date, I couldn't recommend Brídhaven Nursing Home, the staff and in particular Gráinne O Brien (the Resident & Family Liaison Manager) enough. Much Thanks and appreciation. Amanda....

My mother needed emergency respite for two weeks after a recent fall. Bridhaven provided us with this. The day she arrived she was shown such a warm welcome by reception & all staff. This made mam feel instantly safe & put my mind at ease knowing she would be looked after during her stay. My mother no longer uses a phone but that was no problem ,each day when we couldn’t visit we could ring reception & they would take the phone to her bed. When the two weeks were up mom would have happily stayed another week. Overall I would highly recommend Bridhaven for the home from home atmosphere. Thanks everyone.

Bridhaven is amazing, the facilities are great and the staff are wonderful! Spotless clean, organised and homely with kind and supportive careers. Very happy with the care of my grandmother! The welfare of their residents is always their top priority! Thank you for everything!

My mother spent 2 weeks in Bridhaven, Mallow recently for respite. We visited a few times and I just wanted to write this appreciative review to highlight what a very welcoming and warm place this is. All the staff we met were incredibly friendly and caring towards all the residents as well as my mother. They had lots of activities, games and entertainment for the residents including live music which I enjoyed myself while I was there. It felt like a home from home and the staff were also kind enough to offer me a cup of tea and biscuits while visiting. The Christmas decorations were very professionally done and created a superb seasonal atmosphere. With sincere thanks, Jerry.

My uncle stayed in Bridhaven for 3 weeks respite in March 2022 and It was a very positive experience for him especially but also for his family. The care and supports he received were second to none from all staff. Its a beautiful place with a welcoming warm environment and my uncle thrived there. The facilities and organised activities are excellent ,geared to suit all. I would highly recommend Bridhaven for anyone needing respite short or longtime care.
