I found the staff at the brampton to be very empathetic compassionate and professional with my Mum Mrs Maura O Donnell and I can definitely say that most members of staff did their very best for Mum and her visitors to make us all feel welcome and safe always doing their best to accommodate our various wishes for Mum especially 😀 I feel like they did everything in their power to keep Mum comfortable and happy also followed instructions ☺️ with no problems 😊 Thanks so much x Eda o Donnell
My mother was in the Brampton for the last few months of her life. The staff there were fantastic, they took such good care of her both physically and mentally. She made new friends there, enjoyed the great variety of entertainment and activities provided daily. I really can't praise all of the staff enough for the care she had in the home.
This care home is luxurious compared to a lot of the other nursing homes I have seen in County Galway. My father Noel passed away in this nursing home in June 2020. He spent the last year of his life here and we were so happy with this place and all the lovely staff. Its like a hotel. My father was in very bad shape the week before he died and they let us stay by his beside for the whole week and fed my mum, sister and I lovely lovely meals 3 times a day and we were blown away by how kind they were and concerned. The owners of this place are lovely and they have put their heart into the place and it ia lovely for the residents. Unlike a lot of other care homes its not all about the profit.
An outstanding centre of care for the elderly. In her final weeks my mum Sheila was a resident of Brampton Care home Oranmore. They smothered her in all the care she needed and wrapped a blanket of comfort and compassion around the family as we visited. We are so appreciative of every one of the staff there, especially those on level 3. We will be forever grateful to them for the role they played in her final days. Thank you doesn’t seem enough.
I live in the UK and am constantly told " not in her room, call back later" unacceptable practice. Tried to call Emma but no response. Ideal if you want to forget about your elderly family. Update: I"work on reception I don't have time to go with a portable phone"
