HSE OLDER PERSON SERVICE. Has Day Centre. Has dedicated Nursing, Health care assistant, Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy, activity coordinators catering staff, porters and admin staff and housekeeping staffs. Located next to Griffith college.
My mam moved into Bellevilla in July 2025. We were anxious about the transition for her and how she would settle. From day one the Staff have done their utmost to ensure that the transition would go well. The moment you walk in the door you feel something really special a warmth and kindness that words cannot explain. Family are encouraged to support parents by participating in family activities. We are so grateful that mam feels at home in Bellevilla and is keeping so well.
First and foremost the staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Every resident is treated with the utmost respect and every aspect of their care is forefront to their care and wellbeing. It is bright and airy and has a lovely outdoor area that can be enjoyed in good weather, there is also covered seating that is used on rainy days if someone wants a bit of air. There are fantastic activities that are run on a daily basis and picnics to the park on good days.
My wife's mother was a resident here for 2.5 years, and words are simply inadequate to express our satisfaction with all aspects of the care and attention she received throughout her stay there. The facility itself in modern, bright and immaculately clean. But where Belleville excells is in the staff; from the Nursing Managers to the "regular" care staff, our family could not praise them enough. Professional in carrying out their duties but in such a caring and gentle manner. We know we were very fortunate to have our mother see out her last years in this beautiful establishment and our thanks to the staff will remain inadequate.
Clean - Friendly - not a lot of parking - residents came across as happy and their team was very hospitable. Safe bicycle parking was a big challenge. BUT the most important was that the residents were happy.
