Araglen House took the best care of my Dad while he was alive. All the staff were very well informed and the level of care, cleanliness and food was second to none. I would highly recommend this Nursing Home to anyone

Araglen Nursing Home is a true gem. From the minute you step through the door, you feel like part of the Araglen family. All the staff are wonderful, caring & full of kindness.

My mother is a resident in Araglen with the past two and a half years . She has dementia and can get very agitated at times and her speech is not great . We have found the staff in Araglen to be super kind and gentle and they are always patient with mom and with all the residents there. We were so lucky that a place opened up there for mom to take as couldn’t wish for a better place or people to care for our mom

My husband's uncle is currently a resident in Araglen. He is not an easy man to deal with but the staff are making every effort to encourage him and to make him feel a part of the community there. Their patience, understanding and kindness towards him is a testament to their dedication to the older person's needs. Recently for his birthday, he was presented with a cake and a big fuss was made of him. That to a bachelor orphaned by the age of 13 who has lived on his own all his life was something very special. Thank you.

My heartfelt thanks to the Araglen House Nursing Home and all their staff. My brother Tony recently passed away, after some time there. He was not there very long but during that time he was given such great care and attention and always with great dignity. I as his Next of Kin was kept informed of his progress and needs, and no question or worry was considered unimportant. I felt very reassured in the way the Home was managed by all levels of staff. The communication by all the staff was kind, concerned and unhurried. If a return call was promised it was honoured. When I visited the Home I did not expect to find such a bright clean and spacious building, with large grounds all laid out so that access all around was patient centred. The atmosphere was one of tranquility with plenty of staff to assist the residents when necessary. Their food was first class, and the staff and the patients had the same choices. It was like a Grade A hotel. If I should ever need to have a stay in a Care Home I would choose Araglen House Nursing Home if at all possible.
