Our Mam spent the last 6 months here after been in Hospital. We cannot Praise enough , the love, care and medical care she received here from every single member of Anovo , from the Cleaning staff , catering staff , coffee dock staff , reception staff , carers and Nurses. Mary Rosaleen , Darwin .. Exceptional is all we can say . Her room was beautiful and always spotless clean. There are too many people to Thank Individually but to each and every Person..Thank You . The Send Off Our Mam was given was nothing but Beautiful. Our mam loved every one of you .
My mother only spent 4 weeks in AnovoCare as she passed away unexpectedly. From the day she moved in the staff could not have been more attentive and caring in what became progressively difficult circumstances. A nurse broke the news of her passing with compassion. I even got a follow up call from another staff member, André, just to offer his condolences. My family and I will be eternally grateful to AnovoCare.
Words cannot cover what the staff at Anovacare have done for my late father and my family. After a year of other nursing homes and hospitals Anovacare took my Dad into their work family and returned to him his dignity and sense of safety. The genuine love and respect my Dad received from the entire team is a testament to the dedication of these truly wonderful people. I am forever in their depth. My grandbabies danced and sang through the corridors and they were welcomed and loved by staff and residents alike. They made our last few months with my Dad truly joyful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Anovocare nursing home has given our mother a home away from home. From the excellent personal care from the staff to the clean and comfortable surroundings we know that our mother is in the best hands and is very happy and cared for. All of her needs regarding her dementia diagnosis are catered for by the excellent staff working there. We are very thankful to have such a facility available for this period of her life.
I would recommend this nursing home. As recent as May, I stayed here for 4 weeks after I had surgery, to aid my recovery until fit enough to return home. I was very pleased with my overall care. Staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I had individual physio sessions & also attended a group class. The Physiotherapist Dimple was very diligent in her job. The home is bright and the decor also beautiful. Lovely seating in alcoves and corridors. Beautiful courtyard for the residents & there is a nice coffee dock which is popular in the foyer. I was welcomed by the Nurse Manager & Assistant Director who were there if I needed to ask anything. Also varied activities for all the residents. One thing I did notice was residents rooms were larger than I had seen in other nursing homes.
