To all the staff in st Catherine's ward in palative care my dad passed away this morning over the past week the care they gave him was amazing the are earth angels I can never thank them enough for what they did for him
I saw both a physio and occupational therapist here. Both of them hadn’t a clue and discharged me without helping. I recently discovered by myself that I have double curve scoliosis, a herniated disc and a short leg. These kids haven’t a clue. They didn’t even examine how I walk and their measuring methods are highly inaccurate. They should have a better education before being paid to invalidate people.
We would like to thank all the staff of the Hospice for the wonderful respect and treatment they showed our brother John Brazil. The place it self is so beautiful catering not only to the patient but also the family members. From the beautiful flowers and shrubbery to the rest areas for families to sit including a play room for the kids (this so important). Also having a free carpark really helps. The staff and volunteers are amazing. Their warmth and patience was astounding, always thinking about John and his dignity throughout. If I could give you a 100 star review I would. Thank you from his sons and extended family.

This facility is one of the best services I have ever encountered for palliative care and respect for the terminally ill. Everything about it is a tribute to the amazing people who work here. I have a few photos of the chapel here which is very Georgian
