Our beloved Mother was in the care of Highfield for nearly 8 years and received excellent care and professionalism from the team there. The fact that there is a coffee shop on site and gorgeous grounds, meant we could take our Mother outside on good days. The senior nurses Jinu and Kinga provided excellent care as well as friendship to our Mother. Dr Bowles was always kind and considerate in his care. We were always very appreciative of the care given to our wonderful Mother.
Was prescribed medication (which I never should have) that was damaging my physical health so I had to come off them. Ever since, I've fallen into a deep, dark depression with suicidal ideation. I've been told for the last few weeks that my doctor isn't free to see me until October.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST! IT IS NOT WORTH A SINGLE CENT. I have had a consultation with Dr. Leena Naughton. I would just like some Feedback to avoid your practice getting a bad name. She was extremely rude, refused to provide me with the necessary treatment, even got my diagnosis wrong (Well, that could be because she decided to slap a diagnosis on me during the first 40 minutes of knowing me) then proceeded to insult and mock me when I started getting upset. This woman does not deserve a job as her ego comes in the way of properly doing her work. I have seen a few psychiatrists before and I have never seen someone so unprofessional carrying a medical degree. It is absolutely shocking how cocky, condescending and all-knowing this woman treats people. She literally told me if I don't agree with the treatment plan of hers, she will just discharge me. I am not a minor and I am capable of making my own decisions. It is on her conscience that I feel absolutely miserable and cannot access my proper treatment. Shame on "Dr." Naughton.
Loved it meat a few people and had a lovely cup of tea with my good friend mick and he got me a taxi back home and met valarie Hughes and my doctor maria bowe so it was a great sunny day 100 percent
Fantastic service EXCELLENT STAFF , AMAZING DOCTORS AND NURSES .AAA +++++++ ONLY PLACE IN REPUBLIC OF IRELAND 🇮🇪 THAT IS THERE TO HELP YOUR ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY NO QUICK FIX TAKES TIME , THATS OK , AS THE MORE YOU PUT INTO THE DAY TO DAY IN THE HANSTED UNIT THE MORE YOU WILL FEEL BETTER ....... BABY STEPS ....... AS THE WORDS IM GRAND .... MEANS WALLPAPER OVER THE CRACKS IN YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. ITS OK NOT TO BE OK .
